RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged.

In such cases, you can choose to:

  • Receive a replacement shipment of the same order, OR
  • Receive store credit in your Better Shot wallet (valid for 6 months).

Return Window
Products may be returned within 1 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions.

Returnable Conditions

  • Products must be unopened and properly refrigerated since delivery

  • Original packaging and labels must remain intact

  • Products showing signs of temperature abuse cannot be accepted for health and safety reasons

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or consumed products

  • Products not stored at proper temperature

  • Items returned after the 3-day window

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

Return Process

Initiating Returns
Contact our customer service team within the 1 day window to request return authorization. Include your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

  • Products must be returned using refrigerated shipping to maintain integrity

  • We provide return shipping labels for qualifying returns

Processing Timeline

  • Returns are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time varies by payment provider (typically 3-7 business days)

Available for products returned within policy guidelines in sellable condition.

Partial Refunds
May be issued for products that arrive damaged due to shipping issues, at our discretion.

Quality Guarantee
If you're unsatisfied with product quality due to manufacturing issues, we'll provide a full refund or replacement regardless of the 3-day window.
